تطبيق وبوابة ChroniCare Plus (كرونيكير بلس) هو حل تقني رقمي طبي موجه للمرضى والمستشفيات والعيادات الطبية، يهدف إلى تمكين المرضى من متابعة مؤشراتهم الحيوية، إدارة المواعيد، استعراض الوصفات الطبية، والاطلاع على الفواتير وكشوف الحسابات الطبية، والتواصل المستمر مع الأطباء المعالجين ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية.
تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع مستخدمي تطبيق الهاتف المحمول (Android) والبوابة الإلكترونية لـ ChroniCare Plus.
ChroniCare Plus is a digital healthcare management platform designed for patients, healthcare providers, and hospitals. It enables patients to remotely track vital signs, manage appointments, review electronic prescriptions, monitor chronic conditions, view medical billing, and stay closely connected with attending physicians.
This Privacy Policy applies to the ChroniCare Plus mobile application for Android, related APIs, and accompanying web portals.
2 البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها Information We Collect
لتقديم الخدمات الصحية وإدارة الرعاية الطبية، نقوم بجمع ومعالجة الفئات التالية من البيانات بموافقتك الصريحة:
1. بيانات الهوية الشخصية والاتصال:
الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، الرقم القومي، تاريخ الميلاد، العمر، النوع (الجندر)، وعنوان الإقامة.
2. البيانات الصحية والسريرية (بيانات حساسة):
تشمل قراءات المؤشرات الحيوية المسجلة منزلياً (ضغط الدم، قياسات سكر الدم، معدل ضربات القلب، الوزن، ودرجة الحرارة)، سجل الأمراض المزمنة، أنواع التحسس (الحساسية)، السجل الجراحي والعمليات السابقة، الوصفات الدوائية، والتقارير الطبية.
3. بيانات النشاط والمواعيد والحسابات:
سجل المواعيد السابقة والقادمة، طلبات الخدمات الطبية، الباقات المشترك بها، وسجل الفواتير والدفعات المالية.
4. البيانات التقنية ومعرفات الجهاز:
رمز جهاز الإشعارات (FCM Token) المعتمد من Firebase لإرسال التنبيهات الضرورية لمواعيدك وأدويتك، عنوان IP، ونوع نظام التشغيل لضمان أمان الجلسة واستقرار التطبيق.
To provide personalized healthcare and clinical monitoring services, we process the following categories of data:
1. Personal & Contact Information:
Full name, mobile phone number, email address, national identity number, date of birth, age, gender, and residential address.
2. Sensitive Health & Clinical Data:
Vital signs logged by the patient (blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, weight, temperature), documented chronic conditions, known allergies and adverse reactions, surgical and procedural history, prescriptions, and physician notes.
3. Appointments & Financial Records:
Clinic appointment records, service orders, subscribed health packages, electronic invoices, and payment history.
4. Technical & Device Information:
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens used solely to dispatch appointment reminders and medical notifications, IP address, device model, and OS version for secure session management.

- إرسال تنبيهات بالمواعيد القادمة، وتحديثات الفحوصات الطبية عبر الإشعارات.
- توثيق المعاملات المالية والفواتير وإصدار الإيصالات الرسمية.
- التحقق من هوية المريض وحماية الحساب من محاولات الدخول غير المصرح بها.
We process your data exclusively for legitimate healthcare and operational purposes:
- Facilitating appointment scheduling, cancellations, and doctor consultations.
- Enabling continuous vital signs tracking to allow your attending clinician to monitor chronic health trends.
- Dispatching vital push notifications, appointment reminders, and medication alerts.
- Maintaining transparent accounting, billing history, and payment vouchers.
- Authenticating patient sessions and preventing unauthorized access to medical records.
4 أذونات تطبيق أندرويد المطلوبة Android Permissions Justification
يطلب تطبيق ChroniCare Plus الحد الأدنى اللازم من الأذونات فقط وفقاً لسياسات Google Play الصارمة:

The ChroniCare Plus Android app declares only the minimum necessary permissions in compliance with Google Play Developer Policy:
Required to establish secure TLS/HTTPS connections to synchronize patient records and vital indicators.
Requested on Android 13+ solely to deliver real-time clinical alerts, follow-up reminders, and appointment notifications.
5 مشاركة البيانات والأطراف الثالثة Third-Party Disclosures & Non-Sale of Data
تتم معالجة البيانات فقط مع مزودي البنية التحتية الموثوقين:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): لمعالجة وإيصال الإشعارات إلى هاتفك. لا يتم إرسال أي تفاصيل طبية سرية في نص الإشعار العام.
- خوادم الاستضافة المؤمنة: خوادم سحابية محمية بأنظمة جدران حماية متطورة وشهادات أمان مشددة.
Data processing involves only essential enterprise infrastructure partners:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Utilized solely for push notification routing without transmitting clinical summaries in payload text.
- Secured Enterprise Cloud Hosting: Dedicated servers equipped with firewalls, intrusion detection, and data-at-rest encryption.
6 حماية البيانات والأمان الرقمي Data Security & Encryption
نطبق تدابير تقنية وإدارية صارمة تشمل:
- تشفير جميع الاتصالات عبر بروتوكول HTTPS مع شهادات SSL/TLS 256-bit.
- تشفير كلمات المرور باستخدام خوارزميات التجزئة القوية (Bcrypt).
- عزل قواعد البيانات وقيود وصول صارمة مقصورة على الكادر الطبي المصرح له.
- إجراء نسخ احتياطي دوري مشفر لمنع فقدان البيانات.

آلية وحق حذف الحساب والبيانات (Google Play Deletion Requirement) Account & Data Deletion Policy (Google Play Requirement)
امتثالاً لسياسات Google Play الخاصة بحذف بيانات المستخدمين وحساباتهم، نتيح لكل مريض الحق الكامل في طلب حذف حسابه وجميع بياناته الشخصية والطبية المرتبطة به.
الحذف من داخل التطبيق (In-App):
من شاشة "الملف الشخصي والطبي" داخل تطبيق ChroniCare Plus، يمكنك الضغط على "طلب حذف الحساب" وتأكيد الطلب لتسجيل خروجك وإيقاف حسابك فوراً.

In full accordance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion policies, ChroniCare Plus provides all registered patients with transparent pathways to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated clinical records.
In-App Deletion:
Open ChroniCare Plus Android App > Profile Screen > Account Security > "Request Account Deletion".
Web Request Form:
Submit your verified identifier directly using the official deletion request form below.

8 خصوصية الأطفال Children's Privacy
خدمات ChroniCare Plus غير موجهة بشكل مستقل للأطفال دون سن 13 أو 16 عاماً دون إشراف أو موافقة الوالدين أو الأوصياء القانونيين. وفي حالة تسجيل ملف طبي لطفل، يتم ذلك حصراً بواسطة ولي الأمر أو من خلال المنشأة الطبية التابع لها.
ChroniCare Plus services are not intended for unaccompanied minors under the age of 13/16 without explicit parental or legal guardian consent. Minor accounts must be created and managed under the supervision of a verified guardian or attending hospital department.
